Nic Pasheek, PA-C, Regional Education Director at WellNow Urgent Care, leads and supports the Fellowship Program in New York, Michigan, and Pennsylvania, contributing to the growth of the organization through accredited and non-accredited fellowships. Nic actively participates in the Medical Leadership Council, holding roles in the Clinical Standards Improvement Committee, Quality Assurance and Performance Improvement Committee, Credentialing Committee, and other medical staff leadership capacities.
As a practiced Physician Assistant since 2011, Nic initially worked in Emergency Medicine before transitioning to Urgent Care medicine in 2018. With diverse experience in both inner-city and rural Emergency Medicine, serving various populations within interdisciplinary teams and as a solo provider in rural settings, Nic brings valuable expertise to the role. In Urgent Care, Nic has functioned as an autonomous provider and clinical leader, emphasizing a focus on education.
Nic holds a Masters in Physician Assistant Studies from Albany Medical College (graduated May 2011) and a Bachelor's Degree in Biology/Cytotechnology from the College of St. Rose (dually enrolled in Albany College of Pharmacy, graduated 2006).
